Egg noodle stir fry
Incorporate this tasty egg noodle stir fry into your weekly meal plan - with a sweet chilli twist!
- 300g Co-op British chicken fillets, chopped into chunks
- 250g Co-op medium egg noodles
- 1 pack Co-op mixed vegetable stir fry
- 1 pack Co-op sweet chilli & garlic stir fry sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, then add the chicken chunks. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then stir and cook for a further 2-3 minutes or until browned.
Add the mixed vegetables, cooking until they begin to soften.
Then, add the noodles and sauce.
Your easy egg noodle stir fry is complete! Serve using tongs or a spaghetti spoon and enjoy.
