Nachos

Nachos

Great for entertaining friends or as a simple quick and easy dinner. Pick up ingredients for nachos at your local Nisa.

What you'll need
  • 1 family bag of tortilla chips
  • 1 450g can of refried beans
  • Jalapenos
  • Grated cheese
  • Sourcream
  • Nacho cheese
  • Guacamole
  • Salsa
Method
Step 1.

Heat the oven up to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4.

Scatter the tortilla chips on a baking tray.

Step 2.

Heat the refried beans in the microwave.

Step 3.

Spoon the beans over the tortilla chips.

Sprinkle the jalapenos on top.

Finish with grated cheese.

Put in the oven and bake for 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Step 4.

Drizzle over the nacho cheese (if you fancy homemade, check out our easy recipe) and finish with a squeeze of sour cream.

Step 5.

Dish up onto plates and serve with guacamole and salsa for dipping.
