Weetabix banana yoghurt pots

These healthy, simple treats are great for a quick breakfast on-the-go. Prep the night before or whip up on the day.

What you'll need
  • 4 Weetabix
  • 3 bananas, finely sliced
  • 200g Greek yoghurt
  • 120g butter, melted
Method
Step 1.

First off, crush the Weetabix into fine crumbs. You can use a rolling pin or your hands.

Step 2.

Add the melted butter and mix to combine.

Step 3.

Using a teaspoon, firmly press the mixture into the bottom of two small glasses. Pop in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Step 4.

Spoon the greek yoghurt over the bases and arrange a layer of banana slices on top, then repeat.

 

Top with banana slices (and a dusting of cinnamon, if you fancy!)
