This Tex Mex classic is the ideal choice for an easy family dinner.
- 6 flour tortillas
- 2 chicken breast fillets, finely sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 mixed pepper, sliced
- Fajita seasoning (we like store bought for fuss-free cooking)
Heat some olive oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add the chicken strips, onion, and pepper and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add the fajita seasoning and stir well.
Meanwhile, warm the tortilla wraps in the microwave.
Assemble the fajitas! Add the mixture to the warmed tortillas and top with cheese, sour cream or salsa.
Fold in half and enjoy.
